The Divine Bark Plates are a gift from pure Marae, as a reward for beating her in battle. They can be taken to Rathazul to make armor.
Divine Bark Plates, when received from Marae
The deity sheds a layer of bark, one piece at a time. "Take these and bring them to the alchemist Rathazul; he should be able to make armor for you. With luck, we won't need to meet again. I need a long rest after the battle. Farewell," Marae says smilingly. You pick up the bark and examine it thoroughly. It's unusually strong for a bark. You thank Marae for the bark, get on your boat and ferry back to the shore.
